Connected business systems, field software and AI training for owner-led contractors.

Summary

I've run crews. Now I map how work moves through owner-led contractors, connect the systems so a record is entered once, and give the owner one view of what's late. I build the tools your company runs on, or I train your team to use them, in English and Spanish, with a person signing off.

Core capabilities

  • Connected business systemsOne sign-in for 11 of 11 tools, records entered once and counted when they land, and an owner's morning view fed by 7 systems every 5 minutes.
  • Field operations softwareFive apps live: hub, timesheets, daily log, equipment and hazard analyses. Built to hold up on a phone in the sun, with gloves on, in a dead zone.
  • Applied AI with guardrailsEight AI systems, each with its limits written into the code: cited sources, spend caps and named reviewers. Approvals, pricing, safety and people decisions stay human.
  • Training and curriculum606 modules and lessons across ten programs, from high school classrooms to lift director, with 20,000+ narrated clips in English and Spanish.
  • Workforce pathwaysKnowledge, practice, independent verification and the employer's call kept as four separate records.
  • Crane, rigging and lift planning3D lift planning that stops until inputs are confirmed, and a crane-inspection app with 55 forms and 4,167 questions.

Past performance

  • My company · MSC Safety Solutions15 apps run daily operations for my safety-services company and a crane school. 25,782 events delivered between systems with 0 mismatched, 11 of 11 tools on one sign-in, and CRM lookups cut from over 8 seconds to 446 ms.
  • Critical lifts · manufacturing clientTen real lift plans, 139 pages, rebuilt into ordered field checklists. 678 numbers carried over with none missing, and 42 places found where a plan disagreed with itself. Review support, not engineering approval.
  • Leadership coaching platform · live48 weekly lessons across four 12-week tracks, foreman to owner. AI drafts the coaching debriefs, and crisis or safety reports never go to the AI.
